While Elmar Weisser is good--very good--I must admit that I am enchanted by the way 2001 3rd place contestant Alois Plettl (of the West Bavarian Plettls) wears his homegrown face sweater. Makes the guy from Iron and Wine look like a prepubescent Swede.
