Who is it? Answer: Rickurt
What is it? Answer: Rickurt's head after getting his famed knob removed.
Interestingly the knob was filled with puss and was actually a membrane from his skull not forming right. Inside it was the main vein that drained the blood from his brain. If in the last 25 years he had ever got hit on this spot he would have died, instantly. Now he has two titanium plates there, and no knob.
Amazing....

yes, those are staples holding my scalpe togeather. 20 staples to be exact, and a bit of blood too. But no longer being worried about that unproportional, non-areodynamic bump on my head is quit priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
